Follow this step-by-step guide to register as an agent with Arise®.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO. PLEASE READ.

  • VoiceOrchard is a subsidiary of the STEPPS Holdings, Inc. business group.
  • Residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin are not eligible to enroll.
  • Certain clients or projects may require additional background checks.
  • VoiceOrchard offers reimbursement for background checks and client courses. Please inquire about the requirements.

 

Create Your Profile

  1. In your web browser, navigate to https://register.arise.com.
  2. Enter your email address, then create a username and password
  3. Complete the registration  prerequisites
    1. Select your country (and state)
    2. Check all consents
    3. Click the "Create Account" button
  4. Enter your personal information (name, date of birth, and language(s)) and click Next.
    NOTE: You MUST use the name that is associated with your Driver's License and Social Security for receiving your 1099 and other tax documents.
  5. Enter the Referral Code 1288884 and click Submit. After confirmation, click Next. 
  6. Complete the rest of your contact information (address and phone number) and click Next.

Registration on the Arise platform is now complete. Click the "Continue" button.

Create Your Profile

  1. Validate your contact info by entering the mobile validation code sent via text.
  2. Once two-factor authentication (2FA) is complete, feel free to explore the Arise into videos then click the Finish Registering button.
  3. Click the Join a Service Partner button and confirm that you want to change the contractor type.
  4. Enter and confirm your social security number. If there are any issues at this step, please contact us at support@voiceorchard.com immediately.
  5. Joining VoiceOrchard. This section of the registration often changes, so follow these general guidelines: 
    1. When asked about an IBO referral, please enter: 1288884
    2. When asked to Join an Independent Business Vendor already in the Arise Network, enter the Call Center Name, IBO ID, or FEIN info.
    3. After joining, our company must review and approve your request. To speed up the approval process, text "ARISE" to 678-775-8178. This can take up to an hour. If there is no response, please email support@voiceorchard.com.
    4. Once notified of acceptance, log back into Arise at https://portal.arise.com and digitally sign the non-disclosure agreement.
    5. In the "Agreements" section, next to the View and Sign arrow(s), click on "View". Read the waiver and if acceptable, click on "I Accept".
  6. VoiceOrchard will then finalize your request. This will take up to an hour. You will be notified via text and/or email
