What is VoiceOrchard?

VoiceOrchard connects work-from-home employees with clients in need of call center assistance. VoiceOrchard serves as a conduit/broker for virtual services organizations. We have partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide multiple customer service, sales, and technical support opportunities. Arise was founded in 1994 and is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

What's our vision?

Our vision is to have opportunities for employment available for anyone who wants to work.

What types of opportunities are available?

These are primarily customer service positions. There is absolutely no cold calling. The work involves handling inbound calls or chats which are routed from the client's phone systems to our partners (you) at home.

What are our working hours?

You have the flexibility to choose your own hours. These hours are on a first-come, first-served basis, and are very competitive.

Am I employed by VoiceOrchard?

Our members are independent contractors of VoiceOrchard. Members receive 1099s at the end of the year and are responsible for their taxes. There are several tax benefits for independent contractors; check with VoiceOrchard and your local tax advisor for more information.

Is there real earning potential for these jobs?

Absolutely! Moreover, the earning potential is completely controlled by you. Rates can be as much as $25/hour and some clients pay based on call volume, time, or transactions. Combining that with sales and incentive bonuses, the potential is limitless.

What is the pay schedule?

Members are paid on the 1st and 15th of the month.

Does VoiceOrchard charge any fees?

Yes. We have very low service fees to cover the Arise Platform, computer/software costs, bank and payroll fees, and other business expenses. Our service fees also allow us to provide support for certifications and other opportunities.
