Register to use the Arise® Platform. Here you will:

• create a username and password
• provide your personal contact information
• add our referral ID
• sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement)
• join VoiceOrchard as a call center
• be assigned your customer service identification (CSPID)

There are several steps, so we offer both self-service and guided registration. 

The assessment is designed to evaluate English language proficiency, comprehension, and critical thinking. You will need a computer, an internet connection, and a phone.

They typically take 1-3 business days to complete. Upon completion, the vendor sends the background information to Arise® for review. Once the background check is received, it will be reflected on your profile. If you have questions as to the status of your background check order please contact the vendor directly.
